Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. Redlands Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Neither the pages nor a result from a linked third-party tool may be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another purpose regulated by that law.
How Current Is the Information?
Rolls are corrected, portals change, fees move, collections are re-shelved, and digitization can alter coverage. Pages are maintained as a reference, but no fact is guaranteed current or complete. Confirm a record with the responsible custodian before relying on it.
Not Legal Advice
Nothing in these pages is legal advice. They point to sources and describe how Redlands rolls and directories generally work; a reference page cannot replace advice from a licensed California attorney.
Lawful Use Only
Public rolls exist for transparency, not harm. Do not use information reached through these pages to stalk, harass, intimidate, or injure anyone. California Penal Code section 646.9 and Civil Code section 1708.7 address stalking conduct, and misuse may also implicate federal law and the Terms of Use.
Third-Party Search Tools
Some lookup boxes are powered by outside companies. Their results, prices, and handling of submitted data are outside our control, and their output is not an FCRA-compliant consumer report.
Outbound Links
Links lead to assessor and recorder portals, elections tools, court searches, A.K. Smiley collections, archives, and related resources. Redlands Residents Directory is not responsible for an external site’s content, accuracy, security, or availability.
No Government Records Are Hosted Here
No government roll, directory volume, court file, or vital record is stored on these pages. The links point toward the offices, libraries, and portals that hold those materials. Obtain, verify, or correct a record through its custodian.
